shipping policy: processing time for orders is 7-10 business days then i will take to post office! once i drop off at the post office and email tracking number (international orders excluded from tracking numbers) it is up to USPS/ local post carrier to deliver to you safely and in a timely manner. unfortunately i am not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or what happens once it is in the hands of the post office. if package is returned to me due to wrong address given customer will need to pay shipping fee again.
jewlery care: avoid any contact with water and do not leave in sunlight for long periods of time, especially the genuine crystal pieces. store silver and gold plated/ filled pieces apart as they can tarnish each other sooner when together. do not spray perfume, sunscreen or other sprays on your jewelry as the chemicals have the potential to tarnish. microfiber cloth is your best friend when cleaning jewelry!
